Ms. Teo is a Singapore Advocate & Solicitor and a Special Legal Consultant affiliated with the DC Bar, bringing over a decade of legal practice experience since 2012. She obtained her LLB from the Singapore Management University School of Law in 2011 and passed the Singapore Bar Exams with distinction in arbitration in 2011. She was called to the Singapore Bar in 2012. She completed with distinction an IATA diploma in international aviation law in 2013, and is a Member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators since 2013 and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since 2014.

Ms. Teo’s distinguished background includes advanced training in international commercial arbitration in 2017 from Stockholm University, where she was the sole Swedish Arbitration Association Scholar, and practical experience at leading international law firms including Dechert LLP, De Almeida Pereira PLLC, and Eversheds Harry Elias Partnership LLP. With expertise spanning from Singapore to Stockholm to the Americas, she provides comprehensive arbitration and mediation services to clients navigating complex international commercial disputes.

Ms. Teo is empaneled as an Arbitrator on the Reserve Arbitrator Panels of both the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC), ensuring clients receive world-class arbitration services grounded in international best practices.
